While we can filter series based on whether or not they are serialized in English, there is no option for series that have been released in English, but are no longer serialized.

For example:
Aqua
Aria
Battle Vixens
Cyborg 009
Initial D
Galaxy Angel

These series all have English releases, but won't show up on a search for licensed series.

It it possible to add a search option for whether or not a series has anything added under "English Publisher", to allow these series to be found? Also maybe change "English Publisher" to "English Releases" with the publisher being shown in brackets next to the releases?
