All I remember about it is MC is an artist, and I think he was having trouble making art? And, he meets the "vampire" in a tunnel while he's preying on someone else. I think "hag" or something similar was in the title.

I know that's not a lot, but I didn't read much of it. I don't think there were many chapters out at the time 😅 I'd really appreciate any help!
