Wolf due to werewolves. Wer means man btw so whoever came up with the name Werehog needs to stop writing.

A topical werewolf recordation and a Josei at that due to how the topic is worded: Ookami no Musume (It´s in scanlation)
The coolest werewolf design in anime or manga goes to Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust with the "human" version of the Beast of Darkness from Berserk right behind it.

Haha, thanks for including "horse". I like Fruits Basket, so I picked that while thinking of Isuzu Rin.

I think werewolves are cool enough but haven't read many werewolf manga that made a great impression on me. As for cats, I like them, but cat girls/boys less so. Foxes are great, I'm ambivalent about rabbits. And I'm scared of dogs. I suppose I quite like bird people as well, since they can fly!

Dragons. Not too many of those in manga.
Second choice would probably be Fox or tanuki.

It was close between fox and cat, but I think I like cat girls more (and certainly for much longer). Ahri's original and reworked origin stories were good, and Yae Miko is the boss, but I can't even really remember an individual cat girl and I still like their forms just as much. Find one with an interesting and memorable personality and I'll probably like them that much more.
