Amazume's Nana to Kaoru Black Label Manga to End in April
The April issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal Arashi magazine announced on Friday that Ryuta Amazume's Nana to Kaoru Black Label manga will end in the following issue on April 4.
The "S&M romantic comedy" story takes place during the summer vacation of Nana and Kaoru's senior year of high school. The fourth compiled volume went on sale in Japan in December.
The original Nana to Kaoru manga follows a boy named Kaoru who still has erotic feelings for his childhood friend and fellow high school student Nana. Hideki Okamoto directed an original video animation adaptation of the manga, and the anime shipped with the manga's sixth volume in March 2011. The series is still running in Young Animal magazine.
Shonengahosha's Young Comic magazine announced last month that Amazuma will end his Happy Negative Marriage manga in the May issue on April 10. The series will get a live-action DVD adaptation on April 2.

About time, I'm really surprised how many chapters we managed to get out of a story that takes place over a weekend or so.

Black Label is good, but... 97 days since Nana to Kaoru last chapter. I'm getting depressed.

Great. So, did they become a couple in this spin-off?

It it supposed to be a sequel though. The entire thing takes place over a short break after the end of the original storyline. To answer your question, my guess is they become an unofficial couple at the end of the original and this is meant to show their awkwardness around each other as they explore the depths of that implication.

That's weird for a sequel to starts before the main series got completed and it's even weirder for the sequel to be completed before the main series. Does this means that when the main series is complete you'll already have a completed sequel to read?

Honestly, I can't say. Amazume could easily decide to continue the original after it reaches the Black Label time period. Say like treating it as an interjection piece. The Black Label storyline runs during the summer right after they graduated.
I do love the way the characters grow and interact, so I hope that he keeps it going for a while longer. =)
