What is the purpose of "Members" link under "MANGA Fu"

Following this "Members" link leads to a list of some 12926ish registered users but, according to "Stats" on the "Forums" page, at the time of this posting "We [www.mangaupdates.com] have 341337 registered users".
Couldn't this be a bug?

Not a bug. The Members page doesn't list all users, which is on purpose
