there is this guy ,
.
after forcing her to marry him, he didn't care about her and got all fancy with his lover on side. after some years he said he wanted to divorce her, so they got divorced. the divorced lady felt freedom and got better , after awhile the man became obsessed with her and acts like she is still his property, saying "you are mine , i won't let others have you , even if we are apart, even though i didn't love you"...
.
.
now what is this man's personality called ?
for people interested, the name of the manhwa: A Divorced Evil Lady Bakes Cakes

Scum? Trash? Yandere? Obsessive? I mean, there's no real trope or stereotype for this. He doesn't love her and still obsesses over her? Makes no sense and isn't an oft-repeated kind of character. Thus, I dub him, "Insane". Take him to the place with the padded rooms.

That is also cool, but i was looking for a more specific name, .. for example how japanese have "yandere", and Koreans "gwanggong" , or a personality disorder name, something like that..

I get that, but I'm saying that specific description is non-existent. It's Yandere without any love or affection, and that is closer the guy being a sadist (a person who takes pleasure in other people's pain) who enjoys making his ex suffer. But you don't describe him as enjoying making his ex suffer.

It sounds like this character has shown controlling and possessive behaviour, which can be signs of narcissism and emotional abuse. It's not uncommon for abusers to try and exert control even after a relationship has ended. When it comes to these type of characters. I'd prefer to label them as scum rather than yandere.

Hmmm, I'm not sure, but as I recall, you can still call it 'dandere'.

Oh, you wanted psychological and personality disorders.
If you're going to ask for a personality type on a manga website, please indicate what category of terms you're looking for. I thought you were looking for one of those kitsch cultural terms for character tropes like 'tsundere' (which describes a person who, in reaction to actions done by a person the are romantically interested in, violently lashes out against said romantic interest).
