Unfortunately, there aren't even 10 shoujo anime that are good that I can think of.
-Skip Beat
-Full Moon wo Sagashite
-Ouran High School Host Club
-Nodame Cantabile(It's Josei tho)
-Saiunkoku Monogatari.
And it seems people really don't know how to distinguish shoujo 😲

Oh my god, I have too many of them on my favorites list, but here are my top 10 favorite shoujo manga:

Seen maybe a couple...
Made me laugh really hard: ouran high school host club.
And fruits basket. (I love anything to do with it).
And another shoujo(I think) that captivated my heart is "The cats return".
Love it. It's a movie though...

I don't really watch anime. I just wanted to name some that I know of Some of them I completed others I never finished.
So I put them in a order that I'd suggest them... 😐
1.) Lovely Complex
2.) Itazura na Kiss
3.) Shugo Chara
4.) Karin
5.) Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge
6.) Mermaid Melody
7.) Ouran High
8.) Full Moon wo Sagashite
9.) Vampire Knight
10.) Aizhiteruze Baby
Not sure if these can be counted as shoujo but I still wanted to name them and yea I know it's more than 10 🤣 Oh-well 🤨
11.) Kimi Kiss Pure Rouge
12.) School Days
13.) Da Capo
Note:I know Vampire Knight is really popular but me personally I always liked the manga better. 😃

Wait... no one mentioned Natsume Yuujinchou? -_-;;. It's great, although not traditional shoujo in any real sense of the phrase.

Haha, I got behind in the anime. I'm reading the manga though, and I love that series. By the way, did you know there will be a sequel this January? Can't wait!

Unfortunately, I don't think the anime is as good as the manga.
Shoujo anime I like (in no particular order):
Code Geass
Ghost Hunt
Nana
Meine Liebe and Meine Liebe Wieder
Eden of the East (maybe josei?)
Yami no Matsuei
Tactics (Manga is better. Not a bad adaptation though)
The Good Witch of the West
