A good counter to netorare (hentai)

Sorry, new to this forum and didn't scroll down to see the 18+. If I had I wouldn't have put this in the looking for section.
Netorare, or NTR, is something I found out about just a little while ago. I would have been happy to never have known. Basically, the main character's girl, wife, etc. is stolen (torare) from him.
NTR is often used only in severe, hentai cases. The girl has sex with some guy(s) and the man either witnesses it firsthand or sees videos etc. of it, and it is through this that either she is taken or he finds out that she's already been taken.
I've seen a lot of this and similar ilk. The one thing I like is some of the comments. NTR is mostly hentai, and it surprises me how many comments basically say that the piece sucked everything out of what they had going. Rather than NTR, perhaps it could be called BK, for b*ner-killer.
That aside, NTR leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and sticks there for a long time. Is there any good material that can help counter this trash? Usually, when NTR is shown, the story just cuts off with no warning. This is like ending a fantasy with the hero watching in despair as his princess is kidnapped, without giving him even one page to try to get her back. Is there any manga out there that gives the man a chance to get back up and fight? Or where the girl finds she can't stand being without him and desperately abandons her new man to run back to the original? Cases where he takes her back and uses force to make her his alone are okay, but things that don't involve felonies and slavery are preferred.

I read Onani master for this reason. I knew it would suck balls knowing it was coming. but I gave it a chance and I found it wasn't the end of the world, the author had written the ending fairly well imo and just emphasises life isn't meant to be fair and like a fairytale. of course this isn't really a hardcore example, but its all fantasy anyway.
but if its a standard story you are after then there are plenty of those already.
The guy rescues her at the end.

Oh I was about to suggest this. (yeah this is about the only hentai where something good happens)
Well READINESS kinda fits the bill too
And I dont know if this title exists in manga form or not but its a Hentai Anime called Hiro No Koku Secret Of A Housewife.
Yeah me too, I too dislike the NTR hentais and usually steer well clear of those but sometimes those mangas have the best arts and later when I read the ending, its like you said, it leaves a bitter aftertaste. The most recent was Sayuki No Sato (I hated the ending)

Onani Master's ok, but hard as it is to see the guy lose the girl, it's also not so easy to want or appreciate a happy ending for the fellow. I've read it and while it's good, there's a lot of parts where he feels like the villain.
Gonna look at When You Let Go My Hand. I generally don't like most kyonyu, but still it sounds like it's worth a look.
I remember one single work from a while back: Okosama from Chunrouzan's Hime Hajime. It's loli, just fyi, but I like the end.
A boy confesses to his childhood friend, but she can't answer him and instead goes to meet up with the middle-aged man who's been "playing" with her recently. At his request, the next day she brings along a couple curious friends, but she also sets up the boy so he sees the whole thing. When she finally cleans up and leaves, he's waiting outside and offers to walk her home.
Edit: sorry, left out that in the end you see the old guy commenting to his growing harem on how the girl has been going straight home with the boy ever since then.
Edit: Added a part of the end I accidentally left off.

This. Stuff by Yanagi Yuki and Jingrock are pretty good if you're getting tired of NTR.
But other than that, I agree with Doc about When You Let Go My Hand, cause that's the only NTR H-Manga I read where the dude fights back and gets the girl he wants in the end.

Must admit that's my first refuge. There's several types of works that work to some degre with me.
1: pure romance. Just about anything by Tanaka Yutaka does the trick here. No other guy, no betrayal of any sort. The pair don't have sex, they make love. It always helps to look again at stories that simply reject all that crap and present a story where true love does last.
2: punishment/revenge. That says it all I think. Seems the first thing people say after they finish complaining about sudden-onset ED is how the main character should either get revenge on the guy or make the girl pay for what she did (depending on the type of course). Tends to be a little brutal, but when you've just come out of a bad one there's something satisfying about it.
3: Rebound. There's several stories out there where some other girl has a crush on the leading male, and she tries to comfort him however she can; ultimately, whether she intended it or not, she manages to make him really look at her for the first time.
4: Interrupted NTR: Plain and simple, the man manages to break any restraints holding him back and jumps in to stop the madness before it reaches the point where she's simply lost to him.
5: Staged NTR: Very few of these, but sometimes a character will have a friend go all the way in order to make the main character jealous. Of course, this can backfire in a major way.
6: My main counter, fully implemented and overcome NTR. When You Let Go My Hand fits the bill perfectly. Great ending, and I love to see tears of joy when characters finally find what they were looking for. Would be nice to see more of this, manga or otherwise (though I'd prefer it with characters that carry less than 50% of their body mass in their chests, that's the only thing a little overdone there). Also, the oneshot I mentioned earlier, Okosama, fits here.
The leading girl subjected her admirer to hell because she wanted him to know what she was really like, and she also wanted to know how he'd act when he'd seen her "true colors". Considering that they go straight home from school hand in hand from that day on, I'd say he passed her test.

Lots of people have problems with NTR. Even long before the name came about. I was thinking back a while ago and realized that there was an old work of literature that held many characteristics of netorare, with no adult material of course. It dealt with a young man whose life had long been focused solely on one girl, a tsun who never learned to dere. His feelings weren't unrequited, but the closest she could come to telling him was to inform him that she leads her suitors on and uses them relentlessly, all except for him. Ultimately, she marries someone else and he doesn't see her for a long time. When he does see her again, all he gets is knowledge that she's gained happiness and compassion. Everyone hated the end, to such an extent that they managed to force the author to rewrite it. Like I said, no matter where or when you look, you'll find that a lot of people will be unhappy with a story about a man's love and pursuit of a girl suddenly turned to his being betrayed and/or discarded indifferently.
BTW, one item to look out for is a series by Midori no Luppe, called Imako-san or something.
It started as straight romantic pseudo-loli hentai, turned a little strange when they brought in what I believe was an aphrodisiac that works far, far too well, then turned NTR when someone else got his hands on it. So far it's just plain NTR, but I understand the author's planning one more chapter, so this could come out well. Like I said, look out for this. It's supposedly incomplete, so it could stop here with a relatively bad BK, continue to a more severe one, or the author could let the main character be a hero. I think the last chapter either is out or will come out next month.
Update: Imako-san to Ichina-kun has finished. I am relieved, and satisfied. I haven't read the translation yet, and I'm slow with kanji, so I can't say exactly what happens, but while all the baggage means it may be hard to call it a "happy end", it is definitely a good end, with a promise that they will be happy (literally there).

You guys really made my day. I'm also against NTR, especially when the "bad" guys win. When You Let Go My Hand is a perfect example of a NTR counter with great story. The story ends with the good guys win and the bad guys suffer, and you are satisfied with it. I'll read the other manga you guys suggested above, and I'm looking forward to see more of this type of hentai.

Yeah, the ending to that was really good. Though there was one thing I would have done...
At the end before their first time, she tells him she might be pregnant. If I was the guy in that situation and just saved the love of my life from basically being a sex slave, she would be getting an abortion.
A problem I see with NTR is that its often misused. A lot of ones I've seen, the girl is just a cheating whore, and she's not been NTR'd away. I mean, I wouldn't even consider When You Let Go Of My Hand NTR really. She liked the bad guy and started dating him. It was only after she got turned into a sex slave and the main guy revealing he loved her that she realizes her feelings for him.

Hey, I found a new cure that works for me: a parody hentai from a series you love.
The genre can be anything, it can be NTR too. The point is, you can pick whatever genre or fetish that suit your biggest turn on.
Why from the series you love? Because whatever happen in the parody, doesn't happen in the canon universe. Knowing that your favorite character is safe out there in the canon universe, you can fuck that character as much as you want in the parody universe. The strong feeling you get from it might overweight the earlier NTR wound.
Just be careful, I tried this only to me. So, if you think this method is not for you, stop this immediately or don't do this at all.
I hope it helps.
