It's a love triangle and I can't remember which one is the ML so I'll just call childhood friend ML1 and the uni student ML2.

MC had a crush on ML1 who he has known since childhood. ML1 owns a cafe, married but on the process of divorcing. MC is an author iirc who attended as a lecturer in the university where ML2 studies.
