I remember most of what happens in it but I have NO IDEA what the name is and I feel like I'm in the mood to re-read it, for some reason!

So story has two characters, they are both delinquents, or at least seem like it. The main character is a blonde guy, he usually keeps his hair in a ponytail (iirc) and just looks like a punk, he is the uke of the series I think. Then there's the seme, who has short hair, and some facial hair, and these two fight each other for reasons I don't remember, probably just because they piss each other off. The setting, at least the first chapter, takes mostly place in their school where they fight, and the uke starts teasing the seme, sexually, by, uh, rubbing his dick or something, he likes it himself, but realizes that he really does, get's a shock and just teases the seme for liking to be touched by a guy, or something similar.

Obviously both of them are now in love with each other, though the uke has a hard time accepting it, and just teases the seme to his amusement, but he actually likes it himself.

They establish a relationship though, and that's all I can remember. Oh, and the uke did something bad and the seme shaved his pubes when he was sleeping, which was comically devastating for the uke. The uke also has a comical way of clinging into a tree when he is mad/sad/annoyed or whatever, this happens at least twice in the comic.

There should be at least two chapters of this stuff, and they are translated to English, and it might or might not just be a side story.

Hmm, sounds like something I'd definitely enjoy reading. I can't help with the title but perhaps you could look into this threat regarding delinquent yaoi. LunaMay gave some hardcore suggestions, maybe you'll find the one there. I'll be looking into it myself.
