I am looking for any non-school and out of any educational institution romance, can be office romance but not exactly slice-of-life though a little bit serious is ok, I mean I dont want depressing mangas. Comedy is lovely. And Josei is what I do generally want. Romance between colleagues rather than the typical boss-secretary is preferable unless tastefully presented like the following two mangas.

Wow, you've basically named them all XD;; I've been looking around for similar stories so thanks for the series you've listed in your post.

Hm... As for suggestions. I suppose The One kinda fits? Female lead is a school girl at first but she graduates and starts working as a model around chapter 20 onwards. Besides, her life at high school aren't shown in any case, as the story's on her career as a model. The main male lead is also works in that field and is older than her by a bit. The English scanlation are quite a bit behind though, but they're being released pretty quickly.

There's also Honey Bitter by Miho Obana, but it's quite different from the other series I've seen from her. The female is a young woman working at a detective agency of sort that's owned by her aunt, there are 2 male leads who are working in the agency with her. Again, the scanlation's also behind on this one.

The second half of Bokura ga Ita might also work?

You might have heard of it and forgot to mention it but still i just had to mention it, Yume de Aetara 😎 and maybe you might wanna check out this one too Remote but romance is not the main focus of the manga, i'd say 70% action and 30% romance is more like it 😛

You should try Renri no Eda and ...Curtain Maybe Jouou, 100% Perfect Girl , Candy Life, Kimi wo Suki na Ryuu . Also an anime that would fit the criteria is Rec - Just finished it and I really liked it.
