I am reading Zippy Ziggy right now and after the chapter when teh girls mother said he could be a great fighter i was wondering if he does learn it and becomes strong. by the way i dont mind spoilers and i would also like to know if he gains alot of friends

nope he defeats some naked guy (using dirty tricks) then the focus goes from fighting to something else

it's still ongoing, so I'm not sure. Shinji was sent to visit some super rich school where he become the enemy of some guy called Fanta, you'll have to read it if you want to know more. It's basically not that different from how the manhwa was so far.
