I'm looking for this yaoi manga where the uke has a twin brother who bails out on his lover (seme) because the seme was in an accident that is making it hard for him to resume his job as a professional racer. So the uke's twin brother asks the uke to be his replacement for this getaway that the seme arranged for the both of them.
The seme welcomes the uke because he's trying to play nice with his lover's brother,
but later on he learns about the uke's brother's real intention, and thus he rapes the uke.
The seme slowly develops feelings for the uke and likewise.
But the uke's brother arrives and he's willing to take the seme back, so
the seme was conflicted for a bit. In the end, the uke and the seme ends up togethe 😀
