Basically the MC(high school first year i think) have been confessed to every girl he see(beautiful one)

and got rejected hard for 100 times

MC friends just laugh at him and told him to cut it out

MC ignore it, meet with a beautiful lady at the convinience store that work as cashier. Everyday MC come to the store, buy something to see her , then he clean the front store to impress the lady.

at that time when he cleaning, he saw a middle aged man got harrased by thughs, he help him.
Later the neighbourhood clap hand at his helping on the man, and the lady come out from the store and say thank him for saving his husband who was the store owner.

MC got heartbreak, some what he got hit by a scary looking girl with bike, the girl left.

MC somehow got experimented by crazy professor, become a hero and given a red power ranger suit and he forced to fight the monster or he gonna die.

btw it's not "ratman" because the mc are'nt that desperate finding love and the mc in ratman want to become super hero. The mc i mentioned was forced and just ordinary guy who was a normal highschool boy.
