So looking for a manga which also turned into a nice drama about a guy who in elementary bullied this one girl, can't remember if he liked her at that point or not.

They meet in college at a gouken possibly and after a series of things go on trial dating with the female lead using it as a chance for revenge or bullying him. (She is still scarred by him at this point.)

I believe he was also on the basketball team in jr/sr high and bullied for his height.
