I saw a manga a while ago about a shounen where a boy is the enemy of a girl, i can't remember everything but i think it's about two groups of delinquents a groups of girls and another of boys, one day they made a school for those two groups, both groups has a leader, also the boy's fetish is to talk to girl dolls and the girl's fetish is to cosplay and they both found out their fetish, i also remember a scene where the boys go to see the girls only wearing pants and they have a bag on their head.
