What's with the weird passage of time in this manga? (Spoilers)

So the manga starts out with Ozawa at 26, breaking up with her boyfriend. Then, within the span of 12 chapters, evidently two years have passed between the start and the two leads getting together (because it states she's now 28).
Then, in chapter 18, it says they've been dating for 6 months and she's suddenly 30 years old...
What is this, I don't even?

Probably just a big inconstancy, I think they were friends for AWHILE before they started dating.. i think? I dunno honestly I think thats just a little thing that i never noticed or cared to notice, but yea that is really weird.
