Having trouble updating reading list on Chrome

Hi,
I'm using Chrome on XP 64 and have recently been having trouble updating my reading list. Clicking on chapters or volume numbers does nothing. Clicking on "Edit" brings up the two text boxes. However, changing chapters and pressing ENTER does nothing.
Things were fine until a little while ago.

Delete your cache and cookies and try again
