I know the titles is quite vauge since there is alot of similar ones like this but, the manga is about the mc going back to her territory that is under her father dukedom, and she starts doing noble duties and fixes and implements alot of stuff in there, like a bank or schools and find chocolate and start making special type and selling it too nobles, and make her territory richer. Alot of people starts noticing and trying to stop her and frame her. like when she rebuild a church that has orphans there and she gets permission for it by the church but somehow "they have no clue" about it but she proves it.

It was easier to find it back in the day when i last read it 4-5 years ago, but now there are so many type of the same but i just cant find it. XD
