This award-winning film is a journey of self-discovery based on Japan's cult underground comic "Mind Game" by Robin Nishi

The author nor the manga is reported here on MU (prob. because it's underground 🙂 ) except for a similar named but different manga.
Cant find much info on the net as well. But then again I didn't really put much time in the searching 🙄 (just googled a bit)

thanks for the search but i dont mean the entire film.
there is this character in it that wears a kind of sci-fi suit and has a belt with a clock and he can turn back the time. and there are gangsters following him. but then he turns back the time.
maybe somebody saw it and recognizes it.
