The story was about two friends that separated when they were kids and them later one of them comes back but acts all coldly towards the other one (Obviously because he was in love with him). Also when he returns he came with a girl that is allegedly in a relationship with him (I think).
Then this girl starts to flirt with his friend and blablabla starts a love triangle XD
I don't remember how but the friend that went away kinda force the other to stay in a relationship with him threating of never see him again.
At the end of the manga they are at the wedding of the girl and the one that force the other tells him in the bathroom that if he wants he can end their relationship and that he no longer will runway. The other gets piss and hits him, apparently also having fall in love of him (:

Oh yeah!!...In the cover of the manga we see the two boys one have black short hair and the other one longer hair that in the cover looks pink (Also, I think he is wearing a cap)
