I read a manga that was originally Japanese and translated to Korean. I think the boy's name is Akira and the girl name is Mida (or something like that) They go to the same school which is like a fashion school. They both get married but its a fake marriage. When the girl was young she drew a picture of a flower (I think) and Akira's dad took it and made a fortune. They get into a lot of fights.

Looks like it's Tokyo Juliet. Sorry it took me so long to find it, I haven't read it, just read the review few weeks ago and couldn't remember the title yesterday.
