Add Spoiler Tag description to comments

Hello there
When writing a comment on the magapages you can have a look at the BBcodes via a button, but one very important tag is missing in the list... the Spoiler tag.
Should be added ^^

There is a spoiler tag. It's right beside the
quote tag and the m manga tag.

The [spoiler] tag works on the series comments, it's just not listed there. We'll change that reference soon enough...
