Yep, Utada Hikaru is definately a great singer with a beautiful voice^^ But besides her, I also like songs by Nami Tamaki such as "Result" from Gundam Seed =)

Oh and Mai Kuraki is also pretty good 🙂

Mizuki Nana is the most talented female singer in my eyes! Her voice is just so powerful, and she has such great control of her vocals. And she's so cute. :3

My other favorite would be Sakakibara Yui. Her voice is just amazing! I love her songs for the CHAOS;HEAD games.

And there is also Ayane, who does songs for Higurashi and 11eyes (visual novel versions.)

Haven't listened much (because most of what I've heard gives me headaches lol xD), but I enjoy listening to Salyu. Especially her Lily Chou Chou stuff, it sure is haunting O_O
