I cant remember the title or if its yaoi or shounen ai, but there is these brothers - twins - I think. One is more playboy, promiscuous type while the other more shy, reserve, glasses wearing with short black hair (both have black hair). Anyway one day the shy brother went into a gay bar (he was drunk and not wearing his glasses) got pick up by a guy (he has long hair). Turns out the long hair guy was an ex of the playboy brother. I dont remember what happen next but the long hair and shy brother got into a sexual relationship, more like the long hair (the Seme) force shy brother into it.

Then of course the shy brother (Uke) falls in love with Seme, but the playboy brother apparently have a major brother complex towards the Uke. He's been poisoning the uke's mind saying being gay is wrong. Then things happen they argue and Uke got stab by his brother. After that the playboy brother got his own story with a doctor if I'm not mistaken.
