Hmmm.. Is Eiji's one request at the beginning of the manga finally going to come into effect? I think he'll get first with Natural and request that Tanto be removed so that his, "favorite Ashirogi-sensei," will get really fired up and have to make a new really cool manga.
I'm also kind of looking forward to the awkwardness of the wedding..

I didn't expect this. Maybe he'll say something like "I'll read it when it's finished" or something next chapter, but for now, I just have to keep thinking that Eiji's planning something. I also don't think that he'll cancel Tanto. He probably had something in mind when he made the request. Or I could be wrong...

I hope he doesn't use it for that, but I do hope that Tanto gets cut soon. Especially now that Ashirogi seems to finally be opposed to it. I mean the series seems to be purposely making it a bad idea but in the last few chapters I've started to feel like maybe it was supposed to actually be good. Now it seems to be back to the protagonist thinks its not good enough and it's gearing up for the next arc you know.
Just like how Iwase likes the Takagi who was talented, Eiji, too, likes the Ashirogi who was talented. He's losing interest in them (or Tanto at least) since they aren't making a dark series, which Eiji prefers them to do. I won't be surprised if Eiji plans to remove Tanto.

Well hey, that was definitely unexpected, but I can't blame him.
Think about it:
You meet a couple of authors, that you think are doing great at what they do. They make manga you like, mainly dark manga. Serious manga. Mystery.
Then, out of the blue, you find out they're shooting for something as childish and immature as a gag manga? No, not just a gag manga, but a gag manga that's probably going to be just as childish as something like Pokemon.
(Don't get me wrong, I love Pokemon. That's not the point, though.)
All I know, is I would probably stop reading it, too. I would lose interest.
I hope Ashirogi Muto does something soon. I don't like Tanto, and I don't think Eiji does either, at this point.
