I am looking for a very old manga that I can't remember the name, it was about a high school couple, but the boy found an abandoned little girl that he and his family took up as his little sister. It's fairly short, and the only thing I remember clearly was the last scene is the teddy bear of the little sister to the boy lead.

I remember vividly about maybe a school trip? and the girl came to live with the boy's family for a while too

I just remembered one more thing.. the sister was only about elementary school age I think? or younger, it's focused more on the love between the couple in high school.

The themes of Aishiteruze Baby kinda fits that description........I don't remember that she was necessarily abandoned, but yeah, I think the rest kinda fits...maybe 😀
