reason for the skip

This is not asking for translation!
Ok now to the main theme. I know groups dont skip chapters unless theres some reason, so what i want to know is if someone here knows the reason why bakatsuki or the other team translating this skipped chapters 21 and 22 the 2 starting chapters of vol 1B.

Most likely just to increase their visitor count. Many just go to main page of the light novel translation to check the progress, hoping that the translator will continue from where the reader left off. I could be overthinking this...

Well i was thinking along this line but... anime stopped in vol 2B... starting at vol 3 may be more interesting for those... so i'm starting to think the one translating vold 2A must know midorikasa and doesn't want to do something he started.
