* PLEASE HELP ME TRY TO FIND THIS MANGA*

( PSA it may have not described it or worded it correctly I’m just trying to remember it all by memory so there might be parts that are not correct but y’all know what I’m trying to say lol )

Hello so a while back I had read this manga and the tab I had saved to read it later I guess I must’ve closed the tab and now I can’t find it anyways so it was about a male student and as he walking home I believe he saw an abandoned hotel ? Or it was just really run down I’m not too sure anyways he went inside a room and it was some homeless guy with a briefcase and a laptop and he was wearing a suit and he was obviously homeless anyways the male student and the homeless man starting seeing each other and the student would bring him snacks / meals then they fell in love and decide to run away with each other (I’m not too sure if the male students parents treated him harsh or ignored him which resulted to him running away or not but I thought I’d add that in there for more info ) and so they took a train to some town and they stayed in a hotel and I believe they just went around town doing fun stuff anyways the student keeps getting calls / messages from his parents / siblings / friends asking him where’s he’s at and i think the homeless guy notices and he ends up secretly calling the parents and telling him where he’s at and then the parents obviously pick the student up and the student was heart broken and idk if the homeless guy got arrested or anything but he might have idk my memory is bad anyways when the student gets back home the homeless guy and the student stopped talking for a bit and one day as the student was walking to school or back from school not too sure he passes by the run down motel that he met the homeless guy at and he starts crying and the homeless guy shows up and I think they make up not too sure and then it ends there I believe lol
