Hi!
I'm looking for a manga, i don't know it's genre, but here is the story:
"the summary is a guy has surgery and loses his voice and become suicidal
and the other guy tries to help him and he got fed up and cuts his own neck enough to open the other guys eyes."

What you described doesn't sound like slice of life, unless literally lol.
Anyway, only one thing comes up with the genre search and it's definitely not the one you're looking for...
