Hello, i don't remember the title of this manga:
The uke was hired to be a caretaker for this rich guy. His task was to just talk to the guy until the uke can come home. The guy has glasses and he is pretty sick, weak, ill. The uke has come to fall in love eith the guy and rhey become lovers. Until finally the guys time is up and told the butler to tell the uke that they cant meet up for awhile(i think). That's when the guy called his twin brother to help him break it off with the uke for him. The twin kind of dislikes the guy due to inferiority and always comparison with him. He does as he was tood anyway(i think). So they meet up, the uke thinking he is his lover started crying because he knows that the guy is sick but he doesnt know the person in front of him is the tein so he thought he gotten better. The tein couldnt bear to break it off for some reason and instead hugs him. Then blah blah blah. The twin(seme) tries to break it off with him by being mean and harsh towards the uke.... But the seme falls in love with the uke so he tried to be mean so he can make the uke forget about the brother. The uke finds a pic of his lover and another boy that looks like him... And i forgot the rest. All i know is that the uke finds out the truth and but he fell in love with the twin and they become happy. All i remember.
