Question About Plagirizing Group of Licensed Release

Was wondering how the group (powermanga) is considered a scanlator group and have their releases on the pages (World trigger/ginga patrol jaco) when all their doing is taking viz mangas releases, hosting it on their site and erasing the shonenjump trademarks on the first and last page and claiming it as their own (even watermarking the pages)...

Viz's chp 30 of World Trigger
PowerManga's exactly the same just replaced the weekly shonen jump part there with their own site and watermarked, same for chp 29, 28, and jaco 2.
Dont really think this is considered being a scanlator.

Just about all of their releases (Blue Exorcist, World Trigger, Jaco are just straight rips). I guess you dont have a subscription to viz's online jump, but heres an example.

Taken care of. Their One Piece releases are still there though, since those were legit scanlations
