It's a shoujo oneshot. The story starts with the scene of a girl not liking a classmate because he seemed fake to her. She's convinced that he has a hidden side because he seemed so perfect. So she followed him around .Then she witnessed a scene where a girl wanted to kiss the guy and she (the main character) wanted to take a photo of it. But there was no kiss because the guy refused and it turned out he was really a nice guy after all. She came to like him and then she realized she had no reason to follow him anymore. And since he was kind to everyone it kind of hurt her since many girls always flock to him. So she avoided him. Then she passed by the guy in the hallway while a guy friend was putting his arms on her shoulders in a friendly way and the male lead became jealous and it was the first time the girl saw the guy with an unpleasant expression. The ending was a confession from the guy.

Do you remember if this was in an anthology or stand alone oneshot release?

I suspect I've read this before but haven't been able find it from my huge lists of oneshots read. T_T
