[spoiler] I read a manga wear a guy was going to a job interview and helped a bunch of people on the way so he was late. he sells shoes at some point and also runs a store at some point. He has a girlfriend who lives somewhere else from the beginning and he lets a little girl he lives with call him dad he lives with the girl her mother and the grandpa who works at his company I think it may be a older manga but I could be wrong.
