I can't remember the name of this manga that I want to re-read, and the advanced search hasn't brought it up, so I hope someone recognises it!

A teacher at a cram school is really popular with his students, and a lot of female students confess their love to him. In his class there's only one male student, and the teacher can tell that the student likes him, and at the end of the year he expects him to confess as well. He gets worked up on the last day of class, because he's waiting for the male student to confess to him too. The class ends and the students leave, and the teacher realises that he wanted the student to confess to him because he likes him too. He runs after the student, and when he catches up to him the boy is crying. They confess their love, kiss, happy ending!
