Isekai without excessive action and more on the RomCom side

Hi,
I'm looking for some isekai recommendations which go along with(most, if not all of) the following themes:
1)Shounen/Seinen
2)Isekai .Preferably with a RPGish level/skill system.
3)Action is OK but that shouldn't be the main focus.
4)Romance & comedy is a must.Harem is nice too.
5)if possible, some slice of life atmosphere.
6)Ecchi is acceptable, but series whose sole focus is on fan service are a big no.
5)Preferably mangas and not manhwas/manhuas
Again,these criterias aren't strict and u can throw anything with a similar vibe
I'm a relatively new reader and the stuff I've tried include:

Fits everything you want minus the harem and the level/skill system
