I want something that will scare the piss outta me. Any suggestions?

Check out my completed list. I guarantee that if there is nothing to to scare you, there are at least things to make you puke.

maybe that thread with the scary characters would help

searching horror/tragedy might also help as i find those to be the creepiest

Zashiki Onna - horror. But this didn't scare me much.
MPD Psycho - disturbing. Lots and lots of gore.
Monster - disturing. Moreso on a psychological level.
Dragon Head - horror
Goth
Nijigahara Holograph - disturbing
Drifting Classroom
Kiseijuu - a.k.a. "Parasyte"
Gantz - I found it disturbing

Or just do a genre search for "horror" 🙂

if you search horror/psychological, it'll probably bring about better results
also if you check out the mangas listed above, the recommendations could help as well

The Red Snake - Repulsive manga I had ever read. Enough for dsturbing nightmares.

Exactly what I thought, one of my fave horror mangas just because it makes you feel so uneasy...
