1. Given the placement, I'm inclined to think it's just a bonus illustration thrown in by the author. I could be wrong, of course.
2. Illustration by Kasai Ayumi.
3. By Hidaka Shoko. Likely Hana wa Saku ka, since that title's also written on the cover.
4. By Matsumoto Miecohouse. The cover references Hoshi no Kazu hodo, but the characters don't match, so it may just be an illustration.
