The story is about a young man who goes to a sea resort and stays in a family inn facing the sea.
One of the workers there is a teenager who at first appears to have a bi-polar disorder, and is either cold or welcoming to the guest. Only later, does the man finds out that the boy had a twin who died.

Take it from there, it's one of her supernatural stories.
