I hate it when I'm in church or something, and I have a really itchy spot on my head that doesn't go away, because I can only scratch my head 1-2 times in anywhere with a lot of people, or else I get in trouble. (I think my mom is worried about people thinking I have lice or something idiotic like that.)

I hate it when I scratch an itch and then it turns into a scab and then I scratch the scab off and then it states bleeding and turns into another scab and so on. I know it's pretty obvious that I should just stop scratching it but I can't, it's too itchy.
