I had a sort of tingling feeling in the roots of my hair, that might be like feeling it grow... but that involved controlled substances, so maybe that doesn't count 🤣

No. If you feel anything on your head, it is most likely lice and you better get that checked out...
On a side note: No you can't feel the Earth spinning because it revolves around its axis at constant speed. Plus, it's not just the ground that spins... it is the whole globe, atmosphere and all. Gravity does its job and makes sure that when you jump upward you land on the same place.
...if that ever changes we will have a problem.
Edit: lol @ greenteastrawberry, I can't look at ur sig for more than 10 seconds without getting sick or averting my eyes... and dont get me wrong i like my anime just as bloody as the next guy... but that just repeats too much... lol
