There is already an "Adapted From" option, so the reverse relation should also be a choice.
Example: No Moral (Novel) was adapted to manhwa, but No Moral is linked under related series as a Spin-Off, which isn't accurate.

Related Series linked to as an adaptation or "Adapted From" should trigger an auto update to the linked series to add under Related Series the reverse connection.
