I'm pretty sure it's against the rules to ask for help downloading/reading manga online.

Can you read Japanese? 'cause the page is entirely Japanese (though I'm having trouble with it's encoding scheme.) The website also requires ie6, so can't trouble shoot for you. I vote for trying the buttons around the login screen-one (the one with the text boxes and big yellow button) of 'em should lead you to a register page.

If you get to the ie6 deny page (press the yellow button if you don't have ie6) it'll lead you to a different page with bad encodings and manga (and no registration.)
