Hi there... just curious. Say, if you have these plots for manga ~but your manga artistry skill is equal to chicken scratches
is it possible to submit them to any of those manga-kas listed on this site?

The thing is that English is my only internationally recognizable language, and my Japanese is limited to somewhere between doumo arigatou and gomen - sumimasen, even these should be in romaji.
