ok so i previously read this manga but i want to reread it again but unfortunately i dont remember the name. basically, its about this girl who's a model but she disguises herself as the plain shy nerd when she's at school and she has this really creepy teacher who likes to take pics of her 😕 ?

it sounds like Dramatic Love Album by the same author as Skip Beat and Tokyo Crazy Paradise. It was just a oneshot, so that might not be right, but it fits your description pretty well.
