yes and no yes alot of the time my friends ( who are black ) bitch and stuff about things that i really wouldn't consider true racism but i know alot of people ( including some of those friends) who are pretty fair myself included, plus white people (no lie) are all a bit racist just some more then others as well as just about every other race towards some sort of race at some point in time, so some of the time it's pretty justified. oh and i am latino/white/native american so i do my fair share of bitchin but i keep it justified, oh and also you should be able to tell the difference between someone who is racist or shifty around other races and someone who is ok with it and if you can't that is just bitching and just shut up.

You know Love, I thought we weren't supposed to make rant threads.

I never know how to approach this subject... yet I hear about it all the time from both sides. I'm white, so any judgment I make claiming someone is being "oversensitive" would be countered with my own "white privilege." I'm white, I'm not in a position to ever know what it is like to be a victim of racial prejudice, so I apparently can't make any judgments on the subject whatsoever. So if any minority claims to be a victim, I have to believe them?

You can make judgements they just have to make sense, if you just say i don't agree with you without asking questions then no you shouldn't really have said anything, you need to ask what made them feel that the person was racist then based upon their answer go from there

WOW....

You have a lot to learn about the world.

(where's the option for ''you're a douche bag'')

^not necessarily, we each experience the world differently based on who and where we are, and nobody can learn everything. That kind of response is why he put up a flame shield.

as for me, I've see people blame race/sex for alot of things. Some of it was justifiable, and of course some of it wasn't, just like everything else people complain about.

Sometimes it is sometimes it isn't.

Racism is still going on and will never stop.
Discrimination will also never stop.
And people in power who discriminate will always be here.

But seriously Doc. >.< You shouldn't have made this topic...

I'm with you, Doc.

Yesterday on the "news" there was a segment about "reverse racism".
Whites are complaining about not getting hired by immigrants/ethnic work places.
I was quite offended and appalled.

First, wtf is "reverse" racism? That's just silly! Racism is racism.

Second, like you said, people didn't get hired because well...the boss didn't wanna hire them. Simple as that!
Sure, maybe sometimes that reasoning is laced with a hint of racism - or it could be fear of people of that race, man. If they're not comfortable with you but still hire you...it's gonna be an awkward workplace.

There are some other stuff that I'd like to mention too...but it would probably be seen in a negative light :\

This was a bad idea. 🤣

What I'm trying to say is: bitchin' is allowed but overbitchin' is overkill. 🤢
