[a][m]. Hi, I'm searching for manga I'm which the protagonist is a novel (erotic novels too) writer that falls in love with a beautiful (and thick thighed) woman that is also divorced. The history takes place in the mid of the 20th century. It has this sort of unique art style.

Sounds like it could be Kannou Sensei...
EDIT: Though now that I look closer, some things don't match up. But that is still my best guess.
