No, I have seen it and there's no title in the picture. I have it from another scan of manga. That picture is a happy birthday card for someone. So, i really2 don't know anything bout this manga, 🙁

From the looks of it, I'd say its highly likely is a Yaoi manga.

The Masculine looking one holding the smaller person, from the style hes drawn in it looks very yaoi.

The smaller effeminate looking character while looking girl like, isn't overly femenine, and the outfit doesn't look girly at all in fact it looks a lot like the one the other guy is wearing, maybe a suit. The hair is short, and if you look at it from the perspective that its a girly bishounen, then it makes a little more sense.
