in the manga i think the ukes father goes bankrupt. the seme decides to keep the uke in a mansion. he has sex with him at night, and uke stays alone all day. the seme actually loves him, and when he sees him unhappy he buys him a bear to try and cheer him up.

in the end of the story he asks the uke if he wants to go back to school, and the uke says he doesnt want to.
does anyone know the name?

I don't think this is it, because I didn't see a bear in the story, but this is similar so maybe you will enjoy it.
