Druaga no To was great. I almost cried in happiness and joy to see something good from GONZO again xD

As for me, I don't exactly avoid anime studios...but if I had to choose, it'll be madhouse for doing a crappy job on Tenjou Tenge.

Druaga No To was not only bearable but quite good (8/10 for me)!
I'd avoid whoever did Rosario+Vampire (excluding the intro, superbly animated) for multiple reasons, but basically for lack of raw drawing skill, and whoever did the fillers in Naruto, same reason.

Gonzo is occasionally good (Kaleido Star, Bokurano, Red Garden, NHK, Last Exile, Saikano, etc.), but along w/ 1 good show, they produce like 10 really not so good ones, and that doesn't look great on the record.

But like an alzheimer's patient, I keep going back for more...

I can't think of the studio name, but who did the Tenchi Series? If I ever had anyone to loathe, they would be it.

Personally, I don't really care about studios since I'm quite willing to give any series by any studio a chance as long as the premises seem unique and interesting. 😛
